How durable is the print on a custom phone case?

The inks are cured to bond with the case for strong scratch resistance. Tough and Impact cases add extra protection, and raised edges help shield both the print and your screen.

Can I make a collage phone case?

Yes. Upload several photos, arrange them how you like, and add text if you wish. The editor marks the safe areas so nothing important sits near the edges or the camera cut-out.

Will my design cover the camera area?

We print around the camera cut-out so everything works properly. If you’d like your image shown in full, the Wallet case displays it across the front flap.

Can I reorder a design or move it to a new phone?

Yes. You can reorder past designs where the model is still available. Upgraded your phone? Recreate your design for the new model: iPhone or Samsung.

Do you offer bulk, team or business phone cases?

We do. Send us the quantity, the list of devices and your artwork, and we’ll provide proofs, consistent colour matching and quick UK fulfilment.

What’s your returns policy on personalised items?

Because each case is made to order, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives damaged, we’ll repair, replace or refund it in line with our policy.

How do I clean and care for my phone case?

Wipe it with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth, and avoid harsh solvents and abrasive pads. Matte finishes can show fingerprints, but a quick going-over with a microfibre cloth sorts that.

Is my data safe when I upload photos?

Do you ship outside the UK?
